This page sets out the terms of service, account policies, bonus rules, and deposit/withdrawal rules you need to know when using the 689solt platform.
1 Agreement & Access
These terms constitute a binding agreement between players who use the 689solt platform (the website https://689solt.org and all related services) and 689solt.
By accessing and using the platform, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all of these terms. If you do not agree, please close the website and stop using it.
Age Restriction
689solt services are intended for adults aged 21+ only. Anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from using this platform. If an account is found to have been registered with a false age, the platform reserves the right to close that account immediately and forfeit any remaining balance.
Legal Responsibilities
Each player is responsible for checking and complying with the online advertising and gambling laws of their own country or region. This platform cannot represent or guarantee legal compliance on behalf of any individual player.
2 Account Registration and Responsibilities
One Account Per Person Policy
Each player may only open one account at 689solt. Opening additional accounts for the same person, registering under someone else's name, or creating duplicate accounts from different IP addresses is strictly prohibited, regardless of how many times it occurs. If a violation is found, all associated accounts may be closed.
Responsibility to Provide Accurate Information
You must provide complete and accurate personal information when registering an account. We may close any account opened with incorrect information at any time. If KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required for a withdrawal, the player must submit the specified ID or personal information documentation.
Account Security
Players are personally responsible for keeping their password and login credentials secure. If you notice any third-party access or unauthorised access to your account, contact customer support immediately.
Note: 689solt cannot be held responsible for losses caused by third-party access that was not carried out by the player.
3 Deposit Policy
689solt supports KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay and CB Pay for deposits. All deposits are processed in Myanmar Standard Time (MMT, UTC+6:30).
Minimum Deposit Amount
- The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is 5,000 Ks
- The deposit amount will be credited to your account after it has been verified as correct
- A submitted deposit transaction cannot be cancelled
Deposit Issues
If your account has not been credited after a deposit, please send the transfer reference number and a screenshot to customer support. It is recommended that you keep your deposit records for up to three days.
Anti-Money Laundering
689solt has a firm policy against financial fraud (money laundering). We have the right to record and review any deposit. Transfers suspected of involving money laundering or illegal fund transfers may be placed on hold without notice.
4 Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawal requests are processed via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay and CB Pay. Once a withdrawal is completed, you should log back into your account to verify it.
Minimum Withdrawal Amount
- The minimum withdrawal amount for all payment methods is 30,000 Ks
- Withdrawals are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours
- Withdrawal requests from accounts that have not completed KYC verification may be placed on hold
Withdrawal Cancellation
A withdrawal that has been requested and is still being processed can be cancelled through customer support. If cancelled, the amount will be returned to your account. If cancellations happen frequently, we may investigate.
Conditions Under Which Withdrawals May Not Be Permitted
- Requesting a withdrawal before the bonus wagering requirement has been met
- Accounts found to have violated the site's terms and conditions
- Accounts suspected of financial fraud
- Accounts that have not completed KYC verification
5 Bonuses and Promotions
689solt offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for players. Every bonus comes with its own terms and conditions for how it is used.
Welcome Bonus
First-time depositors at 689solt receive a 100% first deposit bonus (up to 100,000 Ks).
- You may not withdraw until you have met a wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount
- Example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks you receive a bonus of 20,000 Ks; total balance 40,000 Ks; wagering requirement = 20,000 Ks × 10 = 200,000 Ks
- Example — If you deposit 220,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 100,000 Ks (maximum cap); balance becomes 320,000 Ks; wagering requirement = 100,000 Ks × 10 = 1,000,000 Ks
General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus has its own specific wagering conditions
- Bonuses must be used within the set period from the date they are awarded
- Winnings earned from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met
- Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly as cash
- If bonus abuse is detected on the 689solt platform, the account will be suspended immediately

6 Game Rules
Games available at 689solt include football betting, slots, live casino, Shan Koe Mee, 2D/3D lottery, and other local games. Each game may have different rules, and players must read and understand them before playing.
Fair Play
The 689solt platform uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, so game results are fair and random. The outcome of digital games cannot be manipulated from the top.
Football Betting Restrictions
Football promotions will not include any real teams, match results, or odds figures — this is our local policy decision. Players must check and choose the matches and odds themselves.

7 Prohibited Conduct
Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following conduct. If a violation is found, the account will be suspended immediately and any remaining balance may be forfeited.
- Using bots, scripts, or any automated playing software
- Exploiting bonuses solely to withdraw funds (Bonus Abuse / Bonus Whoring)
- Collusion — coordinating play across different accounts
- Intentionally exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform software
- Using this platform for money laundering
- Account Farming — players colluding to claim bonuses under false identities
8 Account Suspension
Suspension by Us
689solt reserves the right to suspend a player's account immediately and without prior notice for the following reasons:
- A breach of any provision of these terms and conditions is found
- Suspected violation of applicable laws
- During investigation of irregular account access
- The player's personal information is found to be inaccurate
Suspension Requested by the Player
A player who wishes to close their account may request this by emailing [email protected] or through 24/7 live chat. Any remaining balance may be withdrawn before closure, provided all wagering requirements have been fully met.
9 Personal Data Protection

10 Limitation of Liability

- Force Majeure — Losses caused by events beyond our control
The player is considered to be a person who can take full responsibility for their own decisions. If hardships arise that are outside our limitations, the compensation limit will be set at the player's deposited principal amount only.

Continuing to use the platform after a change announcement is posted means you agree to the updated terms and conditions. We recommend that players check and review this page regularly.
